August 15: “Crossing The Line” was a huge success. The night started off with one of our young Thai students performing the Wai Khru Ram Muay. Then we got to rocking with 14 action filled matches. The Muay Thai fights opened peoples eyes to what we are all about and the MMA matches showed everyone what the sport and our fighters have evolved into. Belleville Martial Arts (“Smashing Elephants Muay Thai”) would like to thank all of the teams who participated in making this happen: Warriors Way, The Ultimate MMA facility, Team MASH, Team Capital Punishment, Terry’s Thai Boxing, Bullseye Kickboxing, and all the independent fighters who came down to either participate or show their support. We would also especially like to give thanks to Mikhal Caldwell for coming to participate, and we wish to show him the highest esteem and respect. |
